History

Morning Star Electric Corporation (Morstar Electric®) was established in 2003 to provide specialized solutions to the electric power transmission, distribution and telecommunication industries. We do this through a combination of manufacturing, distribution and services. The senior management staffs at Morstar Electric® have over 30 years of experience in the design and implementation of specialized industry specific product and services to the global market.

Morstar Electric® is a joint venture company with 65% foreign capital. Our manufacturing plant, located in the Cat Lai Industrial Zone, Thanh My Loi Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, specializes in supplying electric components and equipment using international technology.  Products are manufactured on line employing modern equipment and technology and have been certified on a number of international as well as local standards, including ISO 9001:2015.

Last 10 years all together we sold 200,000 crossarms. In 2023, we sold 14.300 meters, this year up to now, we sold 5.644 meters. We are only selling to Vietnam.  We have customers from South Africa, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea, Paraguay, the Philippines that we have submitted samples under our spec but they have their different sizes.  For our Helical Formed products, we have supplied to over 20 countries. But, last few years, we are not selling to many countries.  Vietnam, Asia, Europe, Africa, North America, Central and South America.
